I Have Type II Diabetes And CHF. I Have Complained

I have Type II Diabetes and CHF. I have complained to my doctor that I am cold all the time and sweat when I eat, I am on multiple heart meds for CHF and once daily insulin. This afternoon I got really cold, its 80 degrees in my house. While getting ready to pickup some rx refills I decided to take my temperature, its 95.5 degrees, normally 97.6 - 97.8. Should I be concerned?
