I have Wegener's Granulomatosis and am on immunosupressan (azathioprine). I have been on this med since 1998. Initially, it was given to me for uveitis. Currently we have managed to get my dose down to 75 mg./day. As a result, I have regular battles with candidiasis. Recently I discovered several large bumps on the back of my tongue. They are causing problems with taking my numerous medications and supplements. I am using glycerine paste on them 3 X day. I also have horrible relux esophagitis. Do I really *need* an ENT? My PCP/internist identified them.
