I have a 1/3" across raised red spot on my leg that is about 1/8" high and has a spot in the center that resembles a seed wart. It's developed a darker red circle at the perimeter and is a little scaly on the perimeter as well. It just appeared about 2 weeks ago and I thought it was an ingrown hair but it's larger than that and not going away. It's not itchy and does not hurt but is a bit tender if I press on it. When pressed it doesn't feel like it's fluid-filled, but hard. Would appreciate any thoughts.
