I Have A 10 Year Old Daugher That Has Trouble

I have a 10 year old daugher that has trouble sleeping mainly due to tv & electronics at late hours. I suspect my ex wife is giving her xanax (not perscribed). My daughter has told me mom gives her I small white pill from a prescription bottle. I know my ex takes xanax.
I believe its 0.25. Could this be harmful & should there be cause for concern?
