I Have A 100.9 Fever And Flu Like Symptoms. I

I have a 100.9 fever and flu like symptoms. I have a colonoscopy scheduled day after tomorrow. If my fever goes away would it still be ok to get the colonoscopy? I ask because I’m no supposed to take Advil before the colonoscopy but the Tylenol isn’t helping much.
