I have a 102.1 Body Temp, Huge urge to vomit, The room feels like it is spinning, dry mouth . What could this be?

Thanks for the query

I suggest u take tab cefixime 200 mg twice daily for 5 days, tab pantapraxole with domperidone for 5 days, once daily before food. Seek a physiician for some blood tests.
It sounds like gastritis to me

have a healthy living
