I Have A 5 Year Old Girl Who Vomited 3

I have a 5 year old girl who vomited 3 times yesterday evening. She has also been running a fever of 99.9 to currently 101.1. She has just woke up & says her hip & right side of her tummy are hurting her tummy did hurt earlier today also. She was not vomited today. She says it hurts when the right side of tummy or hip are touched but she does not cry or ball up when touching those areas
