Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have a 6 year old student who licks his hands prior to picking up any item in his classroom. Ex: licks his hands before picking up a pencil. He frequently lickes his hands, then wipes his face, much like a cat. He hits his face onto hard surfaces such as walls, desks, bookcases. He kicks his feet very rapidly while sitting in a chair. Thoughts? What to test for or discuss with pedi MD?
