I Have A Bad Yeast Infection That Lasted A Few

I have a bad yeast infection that lasted a few months and went to see my gyne yesterday. He prescribed polygynax, V-Flora, 150 mg diflucan and a gyno travogen pessary. I have taken the latter three as advised but this morning when I discovered copious amounts of extremely thick white discharge in my underwear. There is a yoghurt-like smell and the itch also feels the same, if not worse. I am worried about this and would like to know if it's normal. Could the discharge simply be the melted pessary? (although it's most likely not)
