I Have A Burning Spot To The Side Of My

I have a burning spot to the side of my left breast but not as far as under my arm. It has been coming as a stabbing pain for several days, becoming more frequent. I did a self exam but did not feel or see anything unusual. Today I must have found the spot. When I pressed on it the burn spot was larger and pain more intense than ever before.
