I Have A Cold Feeling That Comes And Goes On

I have a cold feeling that comes and goes on my left calf. When I touch the area, about the size of a 50 cent coin, it is usually hot to the touch. There is sometime a burning sensation in the same area. This has been happening on and off for about three weeks.
