I Have A Cold First I Got Antibiotics But Now

I have a cold first I got antibiotics but now the cold seems to have come back even worse I don't know if its a sinus infection I have pressure in my sinuses. I also have been having night sweats and barely been able to sleep because of congestion the past 2 days. I am taking Sudafed (pseudoephedrine 30mg) and Flonase.
