I Have A Condition Called Pectus Excavatum And It's Causing

I have a condition called Pectus excavatum and it's causing me to have trouble breathing and breathlessness in both every day life and during exercise.

My lungs operate at 60-70% of what they are able to and I retain a high level of carbon dioxide during exercise.
