hello I have a cough that wont go away and I have discomfort in the chest area and under my armpits heavy breathing, sometimes pain in my arms,tingling in my hands sometimes, light headed throat sore more like throat gets tired please help

Consult a doctor and start antibiotics the symptoms are mostly due to the infection that you are having.
Also do warm saline gargles.
