I have a crushed lower spine, I have been on 60mg oxycontin for about 8 years. my insurance is not going to pay forit any longer and I have been told that it really is not a med for long term. what medications are best suited for me. I am on medicare. I worked for TWC for 34 years before I fell from a telephone pole and crushed lowerf part of spine. Any help wou7ld be appreciatecd
