Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns.

As per your complain it seems that you have a post inflammatory hyperpigmentation and the black spots are due to it..
Pimples or acne can however be due to oily skin, clogged pores, bacterial infection, inflammation and hormonal imbalances etc..
I would suggest you to wash your face with Salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash..
You can apply a combination of clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide creams or ointments over the pimples..
You can also apply Adapelene gel at night..
For dark spots you can apply creams containing Kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin..
Apply Vitamin E gel at night..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week using a gentle scrub..
You should limit sun exposure and always apply sunscreen lotion when exposed to sun..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
