I Have A Disabled 7 Mo. Old Female Cat Her

I have a disabled 7 mo. Old female cat her spine had been broken during birth and the curve of it restricts her lungs. She can not urinate on her own and her bladder is enlarged she has min use in the lower extremities. I ex spelled her bladder for the first time on my own she mowed as if it hurt but the bladder was really full. It emptied and when it did. Her whole body went rigid. She slumped in my hands and when I put her down she defecated and she became completely non respondent . She was barely breathing her head was tilted up and her eyes glazed over . I feel like I watched her die. All I could do between my tears and sobs was blow in her face and wiped her with a cold cloth. Eventually after 5-10 min her respirations increased and she slowly recovered over the next two hours. I can take her to the vet untill later this week. Can you please tell me if you know what happened. She ate today and normal activity has returned.
