I have a dull pain below my kneel cap since I fall on my kneel, this is more than 20 years ago. the pain is getting worst and I now hear a cracking sound from my kneel joint when I climb stairs. I can not kneel down because of the pain. can I get injection directly in the spot where am having the pain?
