My friend has been freaking out and I'm trying to tell her everything's okay.

She said that she gave her boyfriend a hand job, and he came. After that, he washed it all of with water and soap. Then they had protected sex, but he didn't cum inside the condom. A little while goes on and I guess they had more sex but he took off the condom. He didn't cum or anything because it wasn't that long. Is there a chance she's pregnant from when he cum previously before even though he washed it and time went on? That's the day she lost her virginity, -'d she told me her period is 4 days late now but she's not good with stress so she's been worrying and stressing about being pregnant really bad. So could that be why her period is 4 days late? When I was with her she took 2 at home pregnancy tests and they were both negative immediately. It had been about 2 weeks after they had sex and that's good enough to get an accurate reading of the pregnancy test right?
