I Have A Full Thickness Tear Involving The Superolateral Joint

I have a full thickness tear involving the superolateral joint capsule and iliofemoral ligament. I have had an mri to deter in this. I have consulted with 3 orthopedic/ sports injury surgeons that specialize both in sports injuries and hip replacement. I have been told by all three they won't touch it due to the location and severeness of this. I live in Hawaii and have seen all the top ortho Drs we have to offer on all of our islands. I have had this tear for over two yrs now and it has become so painful that I wake up and go to bed with pain. I'm at a loss of what to do. Is there a certain type of surgery or Dr that I can be referred for/to? I'm about to my wits end. Mahalo, Lynn
