I have a grandson that is going to be 3 in December 2018. He is not speaking, a few words but not many. He has these outbursts of grunting noises or screams on occasion and sometimes starts to run around the furniture over and over for about 1 minute. He sometimes has these eye strange eye movements. I am concerned it may be a mini seizure or could it be something else. He has a fraternal twin brother that is talking very clearly. I tried to talk to my son about it but he doesn't seem too concerned or just does not want to admit there is an issue.
