I have a hard bump, which formed on my right wrist. My wrist was severely broken, 4 years ago due to a fall on a sharp rock. I had 2 metal plates placed in my wrist to keep the bones together. It had shattered. The hard bump is painful to the touch. It feels like a bone. The skin around it will move, but the hard bump does not move. It is approximately 1.5 centimeters in diameter, and is circular in shape. My wrist hurts daily. I am 65 years old. I am a marathon runner, and I do yoga, bike, swim, repel, skydive, and hike...extremely active. What is this? What can I do to treat this?
