I Have A History Of A-fib And Can Tell When

I have a history of A-fib and can tell when I am in it. The past few days I have been really tired and today my heart starts to beat really fast and when this happens I get the sick feeling and light headedness. It will go away for a little bit and comes right back. I check my heart rate sitting down and it was 86
