I have a history of bronchitis and have had pneumonia twice. I recently contracted bronchitis because exposure to excessive air at work. It was aggressive and the bronchitis cough attacks have been severe where my left chest is extremely sore to the touch. I called my doctor to see if he would prescribe something to get rid of the cough. I was advised to purchase over the counter Mucinex DM and if not better within 10 days to call for an appointment. I have been taking breathing treatments with my nebulizer to lessen the shortness of breath and hot tea. The chest is a little less sore but I can hear crackling when I close off my ears. Afraid of getting pneumonia again.
