I Have A History Of Kidney Stones And Had The

I have a history of kidney stones and had the lipotripsy (sorry about the spelling) surgery. Since the surgery my kidneys failed and I had to spend 4 days in the hospital. It's been a year since this has happened but my right kidney is still enlarged and causing me constant pain. I keep going to my doctor and he does UAs and they show blood and high uuro every time. Would this be considered a kidney disease? Also I pass kidney stones at least once a month.
