I Have A Knot On My Left Shin Bone (closer

I have a knot on my left shin bone (closer to my ankle) that itches. It's slightly darker than my normal skin color. The knot is hard and does not move. I've noticed this now for the past 2 months, only because it itches.. Otherwise I probably would have not noticed it.
