I have a large left central disc extrusion at L4/5 causing significant compression of the left L5 do you recommend a operation or is there anything that can help me beside an operation what do you suggest I do? I have a lot of pain I have tried physio and excises , but nothing is helping . my age is 72 and I have a hart problem. how much do you charge?
