I Have A Leg Cramp That Occurs A Least Once

I have a leg cramp that occurs a least once a week that lasts for about 1 minute then subsides.Just right leg and is very painful.I am also fatigued and on 175ug Synthroid daily.Over last several months I also have tingling ( at times) in fingers and feet.My doctor has ordered a parathyroid hormone test.It was elevated.I believe normal is between 5-50 .Mine was 65.He has ordered anotherPTH test.
