I Have A Lump In Armpit While Pregnant, Is There Something I Could Do To Treat It ?

I am 24 weeks pregnant and I have a lump bout the size of large marble under my right armpit. It is very tender and has been there for about 6 weeks. Its is really bothersome now bc it has become more sensitive. Is this just swollen milk ducts and is there something I could do to treat it and ease the pain ?
