I Have A Pain In My Lower Right Pelvic Area.

I have a pain in my lower right pelvic area. I am a 54 yr old women, have had a radical hysterectomy years ago. My lymph nodes are a bit swollen, the size of a pea . I've been constipated for a few days which I contribute to the Wellbutrin I take but was able to have a BM today after drinking some herbal tea. The lower pelvic pain is a bit stabbing at times
