I Have A Pain Occasionally That I Believe To Be

I have a pain occasionally that I believe to be heartburn. I take Omprvazole daily for Laryngeal Pharyngeal Reflux. The Pain is between my shoulder blades and I also have a pain that goes down my breasts. It is NOT internal...it is my actual breasts. If I take Tums, it goes away. Could it be gallbladder, or is it GERD?
