I Have A Pain On The Right Side Of My

I have a pain on the right side of my abdomen. It's more in the middle of my right side. If I'm resting, either laying down or sitting, I don't have any pain. It only hurts when I have to twist my body, bend over, or getting up from a resting position. Inhaling does not cause pain. If I apply pressure where it hurts, it does hurt somewhat but it's not excruciating by any means. I am eating like normal, using the restroom like normal (no discoloration), and no fever or vomiting. At times when I turn a certain way I can feel a muscle spasm where the pain is. I have not exercised or done any strenuous physical activity to cause this. And it has been ongoing now for 3 days. I would appreciate some input or guidance on this, before I schedule a doctors appointment.
