I Have A Painful White Pimple On Foot

Is it a plantar wart ot just a pimple. I pinched it with a needle and white liquid came up on it. It is extremely painful and i still can t walk on it.

It may be a blister on planter,may be due to slight injury or bruise on the part.
There is some infection took place.
go for antibiotic and analgesic medicine and regular dressing.

Pimples will not occur at the palms and soles simply because there are no hair follicles. If there is pus coming out then it has to be an abscess. Meet a surgeon, it's an emergency if u r a diabetic
