I Have A Patch Of Oily Hair On The Crown

I have a patch of oily hair on the crown of my head. I can wash it several times in the same day and it is still oily, always in the same spot. I have tried different shampoos/ conditioners; no conditioners...nothing helps. I can't seem to get clean feeling hair. What is causing this?
