I Have A Patient On Home Health Service (my Mother)

I have a patient on home health service (my mother) who is a 97 y/o female with dementia, bed bound with a history of constipation and occasional seizure after a bowel movement, sits erect and eyes turn upward and lateral for a minute, relieved in 2 minutes after lying down. followed by emesis. and sleep. Return to near baseline after awakening. Is this vaso vagal? She doesn't appear to faint. Her BP after the seizure was 80/50. Pulse 100. What can I code for a diagnosis even if unspecified code for this condition. Thanks for any enlightenment on the condition.
