I Have A Patient Who Has Mild Subretinal Hemorrhaging In

I have a patient who has mild subretinal hemorrhaging in one eye. He is on Pletal and is wanting to get off because he feels that the SRH is due to the medication. I can't find any thing more than "vision changes" in the side effects when talking about the eyes.
