I have a patient who have a skin cancer removed last Friday he had a check up and the main area is not closing and MD said that their is more old blood that needs to be drain and we have to do the packing which I did! I was off for 3 days and today it have a fish smells! I cleaned it with saline solution and pack it. Change 3x today! I also use hydrogen peroxide! But I am concerned with the smell.
