I have a pea sized lump (and a smaller one) in groin, when I touch it there’s a deep dull pain in my pelvic bone and dull pain inside my anus. Last about 30 mins then subsides. Doesn’t bother me only when I touch it. I’ve been noticing bowel changes over the past few weeks, no blood in stool but I keep feeling like I have to go poop really bad but it won’t come out, stomach just keeps turning...I want to pass gas it’s right there but won’t pass, I also keep getting bloated. I am burping.
