I Have A Pimple Type Near By Anus And Also

I have a pimple type near by anus and also it discharge with pus and blood always .. i get it frequently and it get fine after consulting doctor but this time it last for long time. I get pain after passing motion no prob in going motion.. i feel something like it is filling with pus when i just press and remove the pus I don't have any pain after that.and now while passing motion i am getting pain in ass hole not in the above mentioned area it is different. I don't wanted to do any surgery pls help me how to solve this.
