I Have A Rash On The Palms Of My Hands

I have a rash on the palms of my hands and the insoles of my feet. Small bumps, itch. Have not had any changes in soaps, meds, food (nothing out of the ordinary). Heat brings it out more. Have used hydrochortisone and calomine lotion. Last for a very short time. Should I see a dermatologist?
