I Have A 'rash' On The Skin Between My Vagina

I have a 'rash' on the skin between my vagina and bum. It doesn't itch or burn. Just hurts to touch or spread apart. It appears not so much as a lump but like loose skin. I shave regularly down there and am sexually active. It bleeds here and there if i wipe too hard. Only 1 sexual partner ever and neither of us have any STDs.
