I Have A Reaction Inside Of My Cheeks And Around

I have a reaction inside of my cheeks and around interior of my lips when I eat most foods. Particular sensitivity to salty and mint. Is this a food allergy? Seems when I eat most foods it reacts like this. It will go away after awhile. Had a glass of white wine and it had a very bad reaction.
