I have a red rash on both of my hands in small patchy areas. They become bright red when irritated, but then they also dry out and become cracked looking and very dry, like dry skin. These same patches appeared on my hands last winter around this time, they went away in the spring. Now they seemed to appear again this year about a month ago. What could this be? It's only on my hands in small areas.
