I have a red spot on the head of my penis. It developed about 4 or 5 months ago. I visited my pcp and he gave me some meds for yeast infection. It has not cured. No STDs. It does not hurt, itch, or burn. Just red or inflamed. I've tried topical a from anti fungal to monistat to jock itch cream. Hydrocortisone and vasiline. I've avoided sex and masturbation. I clean regularly and even changed underwear to boxers during off hours. It seems to get better for a couple of days but then comes back more inflamed especially after intercourse. I always clean really well following this activity. Help?
