I Have A Resting HR Of 100. During 55 Minute

I have a resting HR of 100. During 55 minute cardio classes my Max Heart Rate is 165-185. I am 62 and take cardio classes 3 x per week. My BP is normal for my age ...usually 120 over 80. My trainers are always asking me if i'm OK cause my Max HR is so high. I seem to achieve that quicker than most in my classes and it takes me longer to bring it back down. Is my high heart rate normal? I weigh 133, 5'3" . cholesterol is 260, (LDL (unavailable), HDL over 100, Triglycerides 130. Should I be concerned about my high "beats per minute"? I am an early riser who is very tired by 5 PM. Your thoughts?
