I Have A Sensation Of Fullness In The Center Of

I have a sensation of fullness in the center of the upper abdomen, brought on by eating even small amounts of food, accompanied by frequent urination. The sensation is as though something foreign was in there taking up space. Also, I feel sharp (but not intense) pain in the upper right abdomen, right below the rib cage, when I wake up in the morning. Flatulence, too. These symptoms have been present for about two weeks. I am NOT losing weight, NOT fatigued, NO yellowness in the eyes or skin, NO nausea or vomiting. I had a colonoscopy two years ago; one pre-cancerous polyp was found and removed.
