I Have A Series Of Random Symptoms Including But Not

I have a series of random symptoms including but not limited to following=
smelly urine, very strong an unique lasting about two days. This is preceded with a day of moodiness and fatigue. The fatigue increases and sometimes is life altering during the second and third days. During the smelly urine stage also sometimes have cold sores. Always have muscle/joint pain. Dry eyes are a common associated symptom. Upset stomach early in the 2-3 day duration is common.
Out of all of these symptoms the smelly urine and the fatigue are always present. I had self diagnosed this as a viral infection and taken some natural remedies' such as vit C, zinc and I believe it was elderberry?
Please help.
