I have a severely infected ingrown hair. It has a dark hole in the middle of it and it's a really long curved bump going from the top of the skin on the left of my crotch, and it's really hard and very very painful. I can't walk or stand up straight and it bleeds and oozes nonstop. I'm on antibiotics prescribed by my doctor, I use a hot compress about 4 times a day, I clean it and put triple antibiotic ointment on it twice a day, and I cover it up with a bandage when I'm leaving the house. My huge problem is that it will not stop bleeding and oozing and making a big mess. I can't have blood and pus all over my clothes. I need a solution asap please help
