I Have A 'shiver Tickle' Running From Mid-back To Base

I have a 'shiver tickle' running from mid-back to base of neck/throat, started about 2-3 wks .ago I also cough within a few seconds of eating or drinking. I'm a microscopic colitis person which was taken care of by colonoscopies (to diagnose) and the ingestion of Asacol & then Delzical (for a short time when they quit mfg'ing Asacol.) My mom had the same thing but blamed it on Italian salad dressing (or something spicy that was eating). Any ideas? My own family dr, said it could be GERD, but I have NO heartburn,
