I have a sleeping disorder and my psychiatrist has prescribed me a rather large dose of Xanax for sleep...2 miligrams (a full bar). My sleeping is bad enough that I take 100 mg of trazadone with the 2 mg of Xanax. I have a bad cold....cough, stuffy nose and lots of sneezing. I really want to take my quill to dry my sinuses and unclog my nose. Is it okay to take NyQuil with 2mg of Xanax? I was going to skip the trazadone if I took the NyQuil....in need the Xanax to sleep and I don't abuse it, I only take it as directed by my doctor 2 mgs a night but want to make sure it is okay with NyQuil. Trazadone and NyQuil won't put me to sleep, I need the Xanax to sleep. Please advise, thank you....
